Carla is the owner and founder of White Ivy 2.0. From the minor age of just 14, Carla stepped onto the floor of a small salon in Mulgrave. It started off as just a part-time job but soon turned into more of an infatuation- a full blown love affair with hair and everything about it… in particular COLOUR and the science behind it.

Upon finishing high school Carla worked in the Fashion and Textile Industry for around 8 years, continuing to work as a hair stylist simultaneously. Through Carla’s work experience and strong background in Art and Design, her knowledge and expertise in all things colour can be evidently noted through her work.

Carla is a Master Colourist with no job being too difficult for her. She specialises in corrective colour and massive transformations.

Whilst Carla’s Guest Book is currently full and she is not taking any new clients, she does lead and personally train her talented team of Stylists who are always accepting new guests to come and experience exactly what we have to offer.

Rebecca is an all round superstar, working alongside and shadowing Carla for over 7 years, she leads many of our biggest colour corrections and also offers training to Junior Staff and in our workshops. Rebecca is like a crazy scientist when she gets into the colour lab and has, over the years, created her own compendium of secret colour formulas!

Rebecca creates the plans for most of the colour correctuons that walk through our doors, so whether or not you are sitting in her chair- you can guarantee that she has had an input into your processing and formulas on the day.

With more than 25 years experience, Lina is one of our Executive Stylists. Having completed a vast array of Specialist and Master courses and working alongside some great hairdressers, she has a whirlpool of knowledge and expert skills especially when it comes to mens and womens style cutting.

Lina is also the life of the party and is known to break out some dance moves on any given day!

After 7 years of continuous work at White Ivy, Chloe gives perfection a new level- she will study your hair colour goals prior to your arrival and obsess about perfecting your colour recipe only to bring the biggest smile to your face upon her project complete!

Chloe uses various techniques of hair extensions including wefts, tapes and fan tips to enhance and/or increase volume, length, colour and dimension throughout he work. Her love for hair extensions is evident in her seamless work and outstanding client reviews.

Emily has grown up right here with her White Ivy fam- since the sweet age of just 15 years old. Emily’s natural born passion for hair was obvious from the get go. Over the years she has perfected her skills in all aspects of colouring and even mastered colour correcting.

Emily’s colour work is top tier and her expertise, particularly with blonding transformations is hard to come by and something that can only grow through experience. Emily is very popular and hard to make a date wth on Saturdays especially, but she is currently growing her clientele and accepting new clients with open arms and a big big smile!

Alanah’s journey at White Ivy started as a young apprentice with big ambition — and today she is a fully qualified hairdresser with a growing reputation for high-impact colour work.

Creative, confident and never afraid of a challenge, Alanah has developed a strong skill set across blonding, dimensional colour, multi-process colour corrections and hair extensions. She loves the technical side of hairdressing just as much as the creative side, taking the time to properly consult, plan and execute each transformation rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Alanah has built a loyal clientele who trust her not only for beautiful results, but for her knowledge, honesty and attention to detail. Her online reviews speak for themselves, with many guests commenting on how confident and comfortable she makes them feel throughout their appointment.

With her sights firmly set on becoming a Master Colourist, Alanah continues to push herself, refine her technique and take on increasingly complex transformations.

Dani is a Senior Stylist who works alongside the team, and has been part of the White Ivy family since the salon first opened over 12 years ago. On a busy Saturday, Dani is the one saving the day. She washes, preps and styles at lightning speed to keep the whole salon flowing smoothly, so every client gets the best possible experience. You’ll catch her in the salon during our busy periods, especially over the Christmas season.

Krisoula has a genuine love for styling hair and it shows in everything she does. She is especially excited about bridal styling and can’t wait to help brides feel their best on one of the biggest days of their lives. Her passion for creating beautiful looks makes her a wonderful addition to the White Ivy team.

Alex is an eager learner, she is always ready to take on new challenges and learn new things on the floor- she is competent in all kinds of general colouring. Currently she is upskilling to perform long haul colour corrections and all types of haircut styles- learning from the very best!

Alex is so keen to expand and grow her skills and knowledge in particular with hair styling so that she can work with bridal parties and offer special event styling. She loves a body blowave and using brushes to enhance the form of a gorgeous style cut.

Alex also offers an array of tempting spa treatments and styling packages too.

Eirene brings enthusiasm and a great attitude to everything she does at White Ivy. She is soaking up knowledge from the team every day and is always keen to learn new skills and techniques. Watch this space, because Eirene is one to keep an eye on.

Ellie has a real talent for braiding and hair styling, and loves getting creative with different looks. She is always ready to learn something new and brings a lovely energy to the salon floor. Ellie is quickly becoming known for her eye for detail when it comes to styling.
