With proper care, Nanoplasty results can last up to 6 months. Longevity depends on your hair type, maintenance routine, and how often you wash your hair. Using sulfate-free shampoos and minimising heat styling will help extend the results.

We recommend colouring your hair either 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after a Nanoplasty treatment. The heat used during the process can lighten your colour somewhat so if your preference is to refresh it, as long as you’ve washed it at home once or twice we can colour as usual.

Nanoplasty significantly reduces frizz and smooths hair, but it doesn’t always create pin-straight results—especially for those with very curly or coarse hair. Instead, it leaves hair looking naturally sleek, healthy, and easy to style. If a completely straight finish is desired, a follow-up blowout or flat ironing will do the trick.

That is exactly the kind of challenge we specialise in. Box dye can be stubborn and unpredictable- but with the right planning, it’s still possible to achieve a beautiful and healthy blonde. We’ll assess your hair history, current condition and long term goals before starting. In some cases, it may take a few stages to get there safely and this will depend on the amount and the type of built up artificial pigment. We will always be upfront, realistic and protect your hair every step of the way. We may also on occasion recommend that you come in for strand testing and detoxing prior to your sitting.
